RETURN POLICY

At Smoke Mafia, we want you to be proud of the gear you wear. Every piece is made to represent the burnout scene, motorsport culture, and the crew lifestyle.

This Return Policy applies to all Smoke Mafia products, including burnout clothing, motorsports apparel, skid car shirts, hoodies, hats, sunglasses, kids gear, and motorsports accessories.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, does not match the description, or does not do what it is meant to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • With tags attached where applicable
  • Not damaged, marked, altered, or affected by odour

This includes items such as t shirts, hoodies, hats, sunglasses, kids gear, and other Smoke Mafia apparel or accessories.

Items That May Not Be Accepted for Change of Mind

For hygiene, safety, and product condition reasons, change of mind returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with removed tags
  • Items with stains, marks, odours, pet hair, or damage
  • Custom, personalised, or made to order products
  • Final sale or clearance items, unless required by Australian Consumer Law

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or fails to meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Your preferred outcome, such as replacement, repair, or refund

Once reviewed, we will let you know the next steps.

Return Shipping

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees, Smoke Mafia will work with you to arrange a suitable remedy.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees may not be refundable for change of mind returns unless required by law.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, contact us and we will let you know if an exchange is available.

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable option.
